Install now button grayed out, group policy settings, wsus

Hi, everyone! Following the rule that a picture is worth a thousand words I'm attaching one to best describe my problem. There's a WSUS operational and I'm attaching the group policy settings as well. Which of these settings forbids immediate installation?

believe its policy No: 6 --- 1 hr delay.

Company. Apart from WSUS there's of course Domain controller. The logged in account is member of Domain administrators and as such is also a local administrator.

If its a company PC I wouldn't be messing around changing group policies. Your just going to piss the IT Pro off. Unless your him or her. Those settings are usually set for a reason. He or she usually wants to test a big update like a new build to make sure it doesn't break anything important. Anything that will affect productivity etc. Then push it out to company PC's when they see fit.
