    As the title says. Just curious. Are they released monthly? Currently on FCU latest build 16299.19

    On average, nearer fortnightly. Maybe one today but who knows?

    I agree that they cannot be predicted.

    You can check to see if a new one has been issued at Windows 10 update history or by querying the MS update catalog MUCatalog - CUs for Windows 10 Version 1709

    There is usually a monthly round for all versions up on the second Tuesday of each month (aka 'Patch Tuesday').

    A newly released version can sometimes have a flurry of updates in the first month or so (as bugs are found/fixed). 1709 doesn't seem to need this, while 1703 needed half a dozen or more in its first couple of months.
