Agree but we all know how this goes. Apple is just going through it with new update, especially for the phone.

If you did the inplace repair / upgrade and it feels laggy it could be doing maintenance activities. Downloading updates, indexing for search etc. Give it a few hours.
If you check task manager you will likely see some very high activity, especially around disk usage.
Just wanted to comment on this part. If you have underlying problems now, any new major OS update is not likely to have any positive effect. It may, in fact, make some things worse, or not work at all. If it updates at all. Not trying to sound negative, but don't depend on a major OS update to fix an existing flawed system. Don't get your hopes up too high. IMO, you'd be better off trying to keep at it with the path you're on, and get it as clean as possible before throwing another major issue on top of it.
Look..i ve been trying to explain to you what i have done to troubleshoot the system.3months ago i did a clean install cause a lot of errors started popping up.i had tried to 1 do an sfc which showed no results.2dism same.in place upgrade which resulted to nothing .i tried to reset the updates which failed and for some reason the mmc which is me wouldnt let me access or change settings , open the services.msc etc.then i did the clean install.after i did the clean install an bits error popped up,some distributed coms, bugcheck error which is a problem with the current build,an usb error where all the usb devices failed which is another problem with the current windows build.then i tried your first solution which was the windows update RESET not the inplace upgrade but the windows update reset.it failed cause a service i dont remember i think it was openload something like that(if you know which it maybe have been pls tell me)failed.after i restarted the pc like the tutorial you sent me suggested to the mmc wouldn't let me access windows services in general(exactly like the last time i did it before then clean install)i ran a sfc which fixed the mmc problem but i think that my pc has slowed down.i also ran a dism check health which didn't find anything.i havent done anything else.do you have any suggestions?oh yeah the bugcheck happend before and after the clean install
oh yeah there is something I ve been wanting to ask you. Some months ago I installed chipset drivers for ryzen from amd.problem is I don't have a ryzen cpu but an fx.could that have caused any problems???
