after upgrade windows 10 cannot activate Error code: 0xC004F034

I was having the exact same issue. I turned off IPv6 for my NIC and then it activated immediately.

Thanks. Now I'm having trouble getting all the drivers loaded on my xps 13 9343, the keyboard volume, brightness and some others aren't functioning.

I don't see any activation button either! Tried the slmgr -ipk with generic key as well. Still won't validate, still getting the 0xC004C003 error.

This is not true. It does cause problems as I can't customise certain things, and I have seen a watermark (although not today, weirdly!)
The thing is, I am running a VM and have spoken to MS who say that it's a server issue and that it would be sorted out in 48 hours max. That was 72 hours ago!
I thought it might be my Bootcamp install which validated OK, but even if I try to input another genuine W7 key via a command prompt, it still doesn't work!

You get the watermark after a certain time period indeed (right down corner). This is annonying. More than that as pointed by others, you can't do settings.
