Windows 10: Win update not cleaning up

    You could try the Update Troubleshooter. look in Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.

    You could also try the tutorial: Reset Windows Update in Windows 10

    Be warned though, you may also clear your update history, particularly if you follow the 'reset windows update' tutorial.
