    Hi, a little research will show you how to download an iso file for free.
    Here's a tutorial from the extensive library here:
    Download Windows 10 ISO File Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials

    Make sure you pick the right language and x86 or x64.

    Then
    Clean Install Windows 10 Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials

    And yes, activation will be or should be automatic. No key needed as you've already had it installed.

    How do you protect yourself from this sort of difficulty? As we repeatedly advise - use disk imaging routinely (Macrium Reflect (free) e.g. + its boot medium + external storage for image sets).

    Thus you can restore a previous working disk/partition/Windows installation even to a new disk.

    @maideen5,

    1. You should not post your email address online.

    2. Which Windows 10 did you download with the Media Creation Tool? Did you download just plain "Windows 10" or did you pick "Windows 10 Home Single Language". Most likely you wanted just plain "Windows 10" and NOT "Windows 10 Home Single Language".

    3. If you did pick just plain "Windows 10" and attempted to install it, when it asked for a product key did you try clicking the link at the bottom of that screen that says "I don't have a product key"? After all, that is true, you don't have a product key.

    4. You can't get your previous product key just from email, but you can log into your Microsoft Account and select the Devices link and see if the computer was registered with your Microsoft Account and it will tell you exactly which version of Windows 10 was on it:
