15063.540 is the latest cumulative update KB4034674 released on 'Patch Tuesday' August 8th.

It seems that you did not get KB4032188 through windows update, and that windows update may have only just got round to checking for updates, finding and installing KB4034674. The reference to an update that couldn't install may well be down to KB4032188 being queued up but being superseded by KB4034674 before it could be installed.
With build 15063.540 you are fully up to date, so there is nothing to worry about. As to why your update history is empty, none of the above update seem to be responsible. I had them all and my history is complete.
