These are some of the error codes that I had see. See if there is a bios upgrade.

    Code:
Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800F0922: 2017-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1507 for x64-based Systems (KB4022727).Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800F0922: Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB4033631).Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800F0922: Security Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3172729).Installation Successful: Windows successfully installed the following update: Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057)Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070003: Feature update to Windows 10, version 1703.: The embedded controller (EC) did not respond within the specified timeout period. In some situations, this error may cause the computer to function incorrectly.Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8004264B: OneNote

Alright, I finally got around to it and I ran into the same problems that it couldn't determine if my computer can run Windows 10
I also ran sfc/scannow for the cbs logs and in the Command Prompt it said:

"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix someof them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Forexample C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently notsupported in offline servicing scenarios."

Apparently this can happen if another partition is marked as active, and the Windows C: one isn't. See...

I checked my partitions my Windows C: partition had the option to mark the partition as active but it was greyed out so I assume that would mean it is already active however just to check if anything did change I tried to run the windows 10 bootable media again but it's the same error message as before.
