When you performed the windows update were there any failed KB# with error codes?
The windows update logs displayed these error codes:
    80240022
    8024000c
    80070003
    180000a
    180200a
    8024402c (result)

Do you still have a canon printer attached to the computer?
The upgrade failure appears to be driver related (Bree post #5).
So if there is hardware or software that is no longer in use any of these software applications or drivers can be uninstalled.

The other 2 KB#'s Does not show any Errors

No, I don't have a canon printer attached to my computer and I am removing the driver for it now.

I have tried to launch the setup file in the boot-able Windows iso but I am running into the Error "Sorry, We're having trouble determining if your PC can run Windows 10, Please close Setup and try again"

Please post the panther, cbs, and dism log files.

These logs if available and others that you may see in the Panther folder:
    setuperr.log
    setupact.log
    Setupmem.dmp ($Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupmem.dmp)
    setupapi.dev.log ($Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\setupapi.dev.log)
    BlueBox.log
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback*.evtx

So far all I could find were the CBS.log, dism.log, setupact.log, setuperr.log and Event Logs.evtx. I couldn't find where the other logs were located.

By default the logs are hidden so when using file explorer make sure that view is opened to modify the ability to view the hidden files.
There is software that can make the task substantially easier.
That is instead of using search software that will index every file on the computer and and attached drives.
Everything or everything search can be set to start on boot or start when you need it.
    voidtools
When you type a character there is an instantaneous result.
The more characters you type the narrower the results.

Ok Thank you and I found more of the files all except for setupmem.dmp there were no results for that.
I have added all the files to this folder.
