Meh, I decided to download the Creator's Update myself, possibly against my better judgement. It was quite a long process but I just let the computer get on with it. So far I haven't discovered any problems. This is where I downloaded from:

I was only asked because I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my install or something. IOW, if it was just me.

Meh, it seems that many haven't received the Creator's Update for whatever reason. I had previously received the Privacy Update and decided to do a manual install. I still haven't encountered any problems although IE might be a bit slower but I could be imagining that and incidentally CU puts a link to Edge in the IE tab bar. There are a number of changes to Edge but I prefer IE. Many of the other CU features I haven't looked at.

I'm still waiting for windows update to deliver creators update. I got that privacy settings kb update back on 4th July and expected creators to follow soon in windows update but almost two months later absolutely nothing! Quite a few people I know are still waiting too. I'm still resisting forcing it but this roll out is ridiculously slow. I think MS servers are possibly not upto scratch. With the fall creators update imminent I can't believe they are still drip feeding the April update

I don't know but maybe he has some influence to push MS for answers.

I recently tried an update on my Dell Inspiron 15, it worked but left me with blury Text/Icons and black highlighted outline in Edge/Windows Store. Does this seem accurate?? Also on the Windows 10 Update Assistant, i got this error?

    Your error code...
    Microsoft TechNet said:
0xC1900101 is a generic rollback code, and usually indicates that an incompatible driver is present.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 Model 7537 and have no sign of the Creator's Update. I'll wait a while longer for it to appear on Windows Update based on your experience! Post 28 indicates the problem may be a driver error. Please post if you sort out the problem.

And we reach end of august some four and a half months after its initial release and still no sign of creators update reaching me through windows update. I am still determined to wait but so many people are still waiting for it. This drip feed from ms seems to be pretty ridiculous. How can they still be rolling it out when the next fall creators update is soon to arrive? Surely they should of finished rollout and unleashed it to the compatible machines on windows update. I think I have suffered because my pc despite being pretty modern and still very powerful (skylake cpu, SSD, nvidia 980ti) is suffering because it is unbranded as such. It's a custom built pc from uk company pc specialist and as such isn't on microsofts VIP list!

i know people can manually force it but it should come through windows update. That's the prescribed way of getting updates and at the end of the day most users are going to be unaware of these methods and rely on windows update to do its job.
