Cant update to 1703 from 1607

I got a popup saying the next windows is here & click to set up & never came for over a month now. I herd 1703 had fixed for the nvidia nvstor.sys blue screen fixes. How can you force this upgrade through windows updates? My other systems worked.

I don't think that you can. Windows Update has proven historically proven to be the most unreliable and random way of installing these major build upgrades. It's so much easier and more reliable to just download the update, make a USB flash drive of it, or even just have the ISO file available to mount, and upgrade all computers from the same single download.
