There is quick responses here which is nice. I wish it was as easy as uninstalling Macrium Reflect.

So i uninstalled it and even ran CCleaner to get rid of registry traces.
    But it didnt work yet.

When you are out of options you will try anything.
So I re-installed Macrium to its latest version. Upgrade still failed.
So now will Uninstall it just to try it again.

Did you see this? Windows 10 upgrade fails before first reboot - Microsoft Community

It has the same (WinPEBootFilesRestoreCheckpoint) failed error caused by corrupt EFI and/or BCD corruption. That might explain why you still got macium errors in the log after uninstalling it if you had set up macrium as a boot option.

It would need someone better than me to read the logs though - it is just a guess. It may be worth trying their solution - it wouldn't hurt.

I seen that but it seems like alot of work... his solution.

lol thats why I have been avoiding SFC scan because I thought it would require a cd but it came out clean.

I have to look up how he did his solution that.

This computer has no CD drive. Not sure how it effects what he was doing.

I figured out how to get to command prompt in recovery option but he doesnt really say how to mount the EFT partition using diskpart lol

I looked at this drop down menu of the commands and I couldnt find mount.

    Hey Guys... its solved now.

I went into the C:\Boot Folder and deleted the Macrium Folder.

Thanks guys.. You lead me to the problem which was Macrium. And then I searched EFI partitions and that lead to the Boot Folder... and I seen it in there.

I had to take ownership of that folder to delete it in order to bypass trusted installer.

Then it was able to install and reboot.
