I've poked around in the forum and I can't find a direct legal link to the MS 14393 ISO.
You can get it direct from Microsoft if you use the tip in this post to fool the download server into thinking you are using a non-Microsoft system.

...change the browsers 'ID or User Agent'. It will 'tell' MS your using another non-microsoft/Windows recognized browser...
MS Edge & MS Internet Explorer: Simply hit F12 and use the agent switcher from within the Developer tools
How to Download Creators Update ISO via MS w/o Media Creation Tool

In Edge or IE navigate to the official Download Windows 10 page. Now hit F12 and on the Emulation tab select 'Apple Safari (iPad)' as the User Agent String. The download page will change to a page saying...

You’ve been routed to this page because the operating system you’re using won’t support the Windows 10 media creation tool and we want to make sure you can download Windows 10.

Choose 'Windows 10' under 'Windows 10 Anniversary Update' and click 'Confirm'. You will then be asked to choose the language you require. Having confirmed the language you'll get links for the 32-bit and 64-bi ISOs.

Thanks. I thought of that backdoor, but may be more than the OP wants to attempt. But, he's free to try.

As an alternative, I have one from MS from 8-12-16 (totally official using MCT) on my OneDrive. I'm kinda a pack-rat and save lots of stuff!

I could easily give him the OneDrive link to DL.

Big EDIT: That ain't gonna work! (Mine) Not in Hungary. :)

It's quite an easy process to follow, works best in Edge.

The OP may first want to check if their current system is Windows 10 or Windows 10 Single Language and the base language so they get the right ISO. In a command prompt type the command SYSTEMINFO. The items to look for are 'OS Name:' and 'System Locale:'.

    It says this:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
    System Locale: en-gb;english (british)

Did you add extra language packs?

Looks like the ISO you want is 'Windows 10 Anniversary Update - Windows 10'. The en-gb system locale would suggest the 'English International' language is the one you want. The ISO will contain both Home and Pro.

If you attempt an in-place repair install with an ISO for the wrong language it will tell you that you can't keep your installed apps, so cancel the upgrade and double-check what language you have currently installed.

After the upgrade you may need to reinstall any other language packs you use.

Thanks, Bree. I just wanted to confirm since his WINVER didn't match his SYSTEMINFO. He should be good to go, watching the details.

Yes, looks like the Input locale has been set for Hungarian.

So, can I do this method? Will I lose any data? If not, do I have to do anything else before I try this?

P.S.: I am sorry, I don't know these kind of stuff yet...
