Activating Microsoft Account to new MB. Will this be a problem?
I believe I can transfer to a new motherboard, RAM & GPU & activate my original Microsoft Account because I have a digital license as stated below. Am I correct? Just want to be sure!

I tried to search here and the thread closest to my problem was more then 6 months old, and it doesn't solve my problem.
I've made a local account(instead of guest account-idiot I know) so my nephew could play some games while I'm not at...
Anytime I try to use Cortana or anything else that requires the Microsoft Account it keeps looping back to the sign in button. Will not let me get anywhere to put in username or password.
