Stuck at 4% - is there a way to restart the Update process

My Laptop with Win 10 build 10240 has two updates pending, a Security update and a Graphics driver update. The update process got to "Downloading updates 4%" and has not moved in two days. I tried rebooting and I have an internet connection. How can I figure out what is the problem with this "stuck" download?

Under "Details" is says "NVIDIA driver update for NVIDIA Quadro NVS 160M" and "Security Update for Windows 10 (KB3074665)".

Is there a way to get Windows to reset or start over the download process for these two updates?

This worked for me when mine got stuck at 0% http://www.thewindowsclub.com/window...oading-updates

A less complicated way to resolve it might be to try via the Task Manager Services tab and find the Windows Update service and click on restart.
