Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 error

Hello

When I run Windows Update I receive the following message concerning Windows Defender:



And when I try Windows Defender itself, I get the following:



The latest definition version installed is 1.245.410.0. Can anyone suggest what might be at fault here?

This problem has been solved: I had forgotten that I have MalwareBytes running in real-time mode. Disabling MBAM and then running Windows Update has resolved the issue.

I leave this thread as it is in case anyone else finds it useful at all.

Curious,I have MBAM running all the time and don't have this issue.
