Windows 10 creator update

I still do not get this update, is it normal?

I take the post to make another query, and update to windows 10 CU, everything seems to be in order, but I have 2 doubts.

1. After updating and restarting I did not notice any notification that windows restart to complete updates, these notifications no longer appear?

2. Run the windows update troubleshooter, just by habit, since previously I had problems with the updates of windows 10 in other installations, so I ran it to see that I did not have those old problems, I do not throw any, but I get that there are pending updates, supposedly corrects it but does not download anything, and when I do a manual search does not throw any updates.

What does Winver say for the os build number? If it's 15063.296 then you have the Creators Update with all the latest updates installed.

I don't have the CU yet either on my 3 year old Dell laptop running Windows Home in the UK. I'm not too bothered since the delay is giving time for MS to fix the bugs they failed to find on initial release.
