Windows 10 Creators Update Explorer Not Opening!

I have just updated my Windows 10 computer to the Windows 10 Creators Update! Now, every time after I log in, my desktop is completely black with only my cursor and there is a blank window in the top right corner that says, "Personalized Settings (Not Responding)" on the header! Every time I click on it, it tells me that Explorer has stopped working and it tells me to either close the program or wait for the program to respond! Every time I open up Task Manager to restart Explorer, Explorer is still black with that same blank window! I tried disabling my internet connection, signing out, and, restarting my computer! So far, nothing has worked! Can you please help me get Explorer to start working, again?

Hello, do you perhaps have Gigabytes App Centre installed?

There are a few programs which don't seem compatible with the Creator's Update.

You may be able to access Safe Mode (e.g. via shift + left click on Restart and follow the prompts). Please confirm.
