Well, i just ran the windows update troubleshooting tool, and it says that windows update database might be corrupted, but it didnt offer any solutions to fix it. So, i have tried all the steps on microsofts website, but they didnt solve the problem.

I should probably also mention, that system file checker found some corruptes files that it was able to repair succesfully, but i still get asked for a cd everytime i try to install this update.

Also, to make it even more weird, it seems like ccleaner says that this update is already installed on my computer, but if i try to uninstall it, it will still ask me for a cd.
    Hi.
I would run the System File Checker a few more times, with reboots in-between. It should eventually say "no integrity violations found". If that doesn't resolve your problem, I would do an in-place repair with an ISO for the current W10 version you are running. Something in the OS is messed up and you need to get it fixed.

Okay, im going to try it out and get back with the results. Okay, so i was able to complete the system file check, and it says windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations, but i still get asked for a cd everytime i try to install that particular update.
