Windows 10 Update March 31 2017
-
Still received the error on the 4/3/2017 - 1.239.713.0 update.
-
-
I also have these errors.
I manually check for updates every day or so.
Error started for me on the 31st of March.
Was able to update by opening Win Defender,
but now that doesn't work as well.

Same here - not working on 2 pc's. Are we protected?
-
I downloaded mpam-fe.exe and ran it,
got nothing.
I ran the manual update using Power Shell,
here are my results.
What is the Windows Update applet,
I don't have it and never heard of it before?
-
Is anyone feeling we should install a 3rd party anti-virus in the interim?
-
I also got that error. Now I update from windows defender and then try windows update. Now I don't get error as defender is updated.

This kind of workaround,
to get virus and spyware definitions updated,
seems ridiculous to me.
Does anyone agree?
