Again problem, new update "TH1 Professional 10240" have same issue. I can't install it

    + I find this:
If you want to download standalone offline ISO file of Windows 10 latest build for clean installation, you are out of luck. Microsoft has announced that the offline ISO files of Windows 10 Insider Preview builds will no longer be available for download.
So I can't download any of windows 10 updates now? Include pure Win10 through updates? I have workstation Dell Optiplex 980 with new AMD graphic. If can anyone help, I will be glad.
