Kb3150513
I started the download of the Cumulative Update (KB4015438) that came out a few days ago. I also noticed a mystery update (KB3150513) included with it. Windows Update tried to install this first but it got hung up in the "Preparing to install" phase. It sat at 0% for a good 15 minutes, finally moved to 50%. It hung there for another good 15 minutes and finally ended up saying that it could not install the update indicating error 0x800705b4 (although I think that error may have applied to KB4015438). I rebooted the computer and it had a short "Do not shutdown your computer" message before it finally finished the reboot. I then did a "Check for updates" again and this time it began processing KB4015438. It took a little while to download and install that (I understand it was a rather large update), but it finally finished.
In looking up information on KB3150513, it appears to be something Microsoft sends out prior to the major updates such as the Anniversary Update. I has the title of the "Latest Compatibility Definition Update". It seems to be used to determine if your computer is compatible with the next major Windows 10 update (in this case the Creators Update). It seems that when MS sends out some of these updates, they may have a problem simultaneous installing them. I understand the Creators Update will make some changes to Windows Update, hopefully for the better.
