    Logging of files changed

Does anyone know where the changes are tracked locally of the files that were modified during an update ? Any log files or way to figure out what the one cumulative update actually did? The new method of lumping the patches makes it more difficult to troubleshoot when something goes wrong so it would be nice to have at least a log to look at.
    Thx

    Hi,
    About updates:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...0-version-1607

    More readable version:
Generating the Log Files for Troubleshooting Windows Updates for Windows 10 | Windows 10 content from Windows IT Pro

& a tenforums tutorial (very often worth while checking the extensive Tutorial section)
Windows Update Logs - Read in Windows 10

    And for reference:
These are for an upgrade rather than an update:
    Hopefully you’ll see a log here: C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setuperr.log
