"Defer Upgrades" option has stopped working for 1511 Win10 Pro

    "Defer Upgrades" option has stopped working for 1511 Win10 Pro


    I have a couple of laptops with Windows 10 Pro running version 1511 where I've set the Defer Upgrades option in Advanced Options.

    I've nothing against 1607, but I tend to have full disks and hadn't got round to freeing up the necessary disk space and also doing the full backup image which I like to do before upgrading.

    Both laptops have today started trying to download version "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1607".

    Has the timescale on that Defer Upgrades option run out?

    Edit: I should probably have posted this over in Windows Updates and Activation- my mistake!

    I would say the time delay has run out. If you click the learn more under defer upgrades you get this.
