Windows 10 not updating and stuck at OS Buld 14393.0

I upgraded from W8.1 to W10 recently and i've been trying to update my pc but it's not updating.
i tried a lot of solution from using my USB bootable imgae to using th "Dism and sfc commands" and none of them solve the update problem.
i'm providing some screenshots of the problems that i feel might be preventing me from updating.

even though i'm connected to internet and using it to post on the forum and playing online with it, the control panel's N&S center shows that i'm not connected to any network.

Windows update keeps saying this and Store keeps giving this error and i tried all the solutions for the error code as well.

    Welcome to the Tenforums.

Lets first try some of the windows trouble shooter. First, Window Updates. If this finds error rerun.

in cortana search bar type Troubleshooting. At the top of list sould be troubleshooting (Control Panel). Click

At bottom, right side, System and Security, click on "Fix Problems with Windows Update". In window that open click "Advance and then run as administrator.

Lets us know what you find.

Once that is corrected, assuming there are some errors we can attempt store. Enter troubleshooting again, this time upper left, view all. There is one near bottom for Store.
