Windows 10 TP 10130 is stuck Updating

So I finally saved my 8.1 key and installed Windows 10 TP on my main machine. Everything works great, just not the updates...
Well, it's stuck. After installing, a few hours later it was stuck at Downloading 58%, then I kept it like that and came back later to discover that now it's stuck at 0% like this: https://i.imgur.com/no6zEz0.png
I don't know whats wrong, I have it installed on my laptop which is using the same network downloads them in a matter of seconds. Laptop is using Wifi and the PC is using Ethernet right now. It's not like there's no internet on PC, it's just the updates.
Can I maybe restart them or is it a known issue that has a easy fix or something?
So I ran the troubleshooter, what's wrong and how do I fix it for win 10? https://i.imgur.com/708Hbau.png
Could it be my Ethernet? Weird enough that it is not showing any Data usage in settings. Shows Ethernet: 0MB
One thing to add, I'm using MSI z97 gaming 5 motherboard and it's default lan. Killer E2205 Gigabit LAN controller and installed the driver using Windows 8.1 installer (did not need any kind of compatibility mode.

I've tried the net start bits and net start wuauserv already.

If you have any Anti-Virus program installed, other than MS Defender - - uninstall it (AVG, AVAST, Norton, ESET, etc.) Malwarebytes is ok.

See if that gets past the WU issue. If not, then try this:

See: How do I reset Windows Update components?

Use the 8.1 MS Fixit or scroll down to Manually reset Windows Update components

I'm having this same issue, and I'm not able to make any progress, even when following the link above. I've gone through the manual process without any luck.

    Try this:
    1) OPTION THREE in: SFC Command - Run in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

    2) In an elevated Command Prompt run

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    3) then check for updates.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to get them working after resetting the Windows Update service. I had to do it twice and reboot in between, but it started working. I was able to finish a few updates, and then get Build 10159. So far, so good!

Glad to hear you got is sorted - interesting that it took two resets ... but Win10 is still development releases

MS put the 10.0.162 Pro ISO on the preview download page.

Looks as though the TechNet Enterprise eval ISO is 10.0.074

It was odd, but like you said, it's still a beta release, so I shouldn't act surprised at strange issues. Now that I am up to date, I'm feeling much more confident in the final bits that should be released later this month.
