Windows 10: Activate Windows 10 under proxy server

    Activate Windows 10 under proxy server

    i cannot activate Win10 in my network under a Squid Proxy server.
    Proxy does not require authentication, internet navigation is ok but windows activation is KO.
    If i connect pc to a direct internet line (without proxy) activation is OK.

    Do you know a workaround for activation with proxy ?

    Please right click on start icon, select Command Prompt (admin). In the command prompt window run:

    slmgr /dlv

    Post the result here and we can help figure out your activation problem. Windows 10 should not require any internet connection at all to remain activated once it is properly activated (unless it is a volume license activating from a corporate server).

Proxy Server in Network and Sharing
I have Internet access but on a lot of sites it says that I can't get on the site because of the Proxy Server. This is only happening on one Computer and my other 3 have no problems but they don't have windows 10?
Had a virus/malware invasion. Ran all my AV/MW programs and think I got rid of it. Now either ie or FF will not access the internet with "the proxy server is refusing connections". Ran the MS troubleshooter, it claimed no problems. Have a win7...
