Update (KB3201845 and/or KB2267602) won't let me turn off the computer
Last update Update (KB3201845 and/or KB2267602), on the 12th december 2016, won't let me turn off the computer.
It always restarts instead. Only "sleep" is working.
Oh ok? That's weird? I don't have issues with those updates... :/
It seems that the problem is gone. But the first 6 or 7 times it restarted instead of shuting down. Maybe a silent fix or it's my PC...

I've had this happen a handful of times on both our machines before. In fact it happened on one just now. Basically I went into Windows update and saw it was checking for updates already. Presumably the scheduled auto process. It took ages to...
I updated my old laptop to Win 10 and got the anniversary update last month. Now update is stuck on KB22607602. It says 'updates are available' and downloads the update to Windows Defender definition, then repeats.
I have 2 Dell XPS 8700 PCs and both have Win10 Pro. Defender is turned off on both PCs and has Norton Security installed. PC1 does not download nor install defender updates. PC2 downloads KB2267602 but the installation fails with 0x80070643.
I'm not able to complete the installation of the KB3097617 file (since 5 days). Try manual installation like suggested here:

Did not work. The problem occurs...
