Can not upgrade from win 8.1 to 10

I am using the tool (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/soft...load/windows10) to upgrade
but at the last step of the installation it end up this error

what can i do
please help

Welcome to the forum. Can you tell us the error in English as we can't read it

Also, if you are trying for the free Upgrade, it ended on July 29, or maybe August 2nd, except maybe for those using assistive features.

sorry for that, it said it cannot install win10 successfully
