Updates keep showing as 'require restart to finish installing'

    Here's what I see:
    Updates keep showing as 'require restart to finish installing'-looksgood_1.png

    Updates keep showing as 'require restart to finish installing'-looksgood_2.png

    Which both look good until I see this...

    Updates keep showing as 'require restart to finish installing'-looksbad.png

    And it seems doing a restart doesn't help.

    I found my updates that were pending are now listed as failed in Update History.
    They are listed in Installed Updates.
