Problem with Windows Updates, error 0x800705b4

When I try to to check to updates on my Windows 10 laptop and it says that it is checking for updates which goes on for a while then I get the following message:

There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x800705b4)

Below is the steps I have taken to fix the problem, but with no luck, so any advice would be appreciated.

    1) Used Windows Troubleshooter to detect and repair problems, and started the CryptSvc Service and Bits Service which didn't help. (Windows Update components must be repaired).

    2) Tried repairing Windows 10 Image using DISM using this guide, which completed successfully.

    3) Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade using this guide.

    4) Tried the steps found here.

    5) Tried a system refresh, but still get the same error when checking for upgrades.

Error 0x05B4 is a timeout error. Do you have type security devices such as a firewall enabled other than the Windows firewall?

If nothing works in luarpc link, please upload your Windows Update log. In windows 10 you need to export it from powershell. The following command will export the log to your desktop Get-WindowsUpdateLog -LogPath $env:userprofile\Desktop\WU.txt
