Windows 10: A vbs script intended to check for updates does not work.
Hi, this is what I get - it scans for updates (you should see a little green progress bar) and shows this:
- from a run command or a command prompt.
Beyond that I can't help, I'm afraid.
Is there a way to program Windows to do this?
The checking for updates (not to speak of actually downloading and installing them) can really slow down work on the computer.
windows spotlight works when locking the screen from the desktop. but will not show on the lockscreen when booting up.
