Thanks Bree! This got me finally break the 11% hurdle, now it's only timing out at 95% lol.. Well it was over night, I'm just now trying again and at least it's picking up right where it left off.
When an update progress seems to stop and hang forever and not complete, i've found alternate approach: go to the Windows Update Catalog thenfind, download and install the update yourself. (did this for one recent W10 cumulative update that always stopped at 70%. This approach did the trick for me)
