Does this work for you? I don't have 10240 anymore I'm afraid. This command
    Code:
    (Get-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" -Name BuildLabEx).BuildLabEx
    returns
    Code:
    14393.187.amd64fre.rs1_release_inmarket.160906-1818
It from How to find the Windows version from the PowerShell command line? - Stack Overflow where there are some other examples.

This worked best for me - the others weren't showing the minor .187 part of the build.

I've treated my laptop to a new battery and made a battery report using powercfg /batteryreport
I saw this (and thought of you).

    Battery report
    ...
    OS BUILD 14393.187.amd64fre.rs1_release_inmarket.160906-1818

So, wondering where it found this detailed information I searched the registry. I found it here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion in the string value BuildLabEx

Hopefully the one in 10240 will be equally as detailed. Does that do the job for you?

Oh! I see lx07 got there before me.
