    Windows Update Fail 0x80072efd


    After Installing 4-5 Updates , I am Stuck On Build 9926 . Whenever I try to Update The Windows through windows update it gives the error 0x80072efd. I have tried the windows update troubleshoot , it detects a registry problem sometimes and repairs it but i still cant update my windows . Please Help Me

    I Just Ran A Registry Check And This Is What i Got With Troubleshooter, but the windows update still doesnt works
    Service Registration Corrupt OR Missing - Action Done Reset Service Registration

    I Can Browse The Windows Store Without Any Problem But When I Try To download something it shows the same error code

    Sorry, I thought I posted something yesterday.

    If you use the ISO, you should have better luck. I'm not sure if going from 9926 to 122 is a viable path.

    10.0.074 (current ISO): Download Windows 10 Insider Preview ISO - Microsoft Windows

    Clean install: Windows 10 - Clean Install - Windows 10 Forums
    You could try the Upgrade option using the install media.

    Once you have 10.0.074 up and running, Windows Update offers 10.0.122 if you're on the FAST ring.
    There is no 122 ISO and might never be one, so WU is the only way to get to 122.
