Thank you everybody for helping me on that issue.
I will download and Install the wushowhide.cab.

In the mean time I solved the problem, I did a In-Place Upgrade .
Uninstall / reinstalled the Intel and Nvidia Graphics and also the Sound Drivers.
A surpriese was that I got 22,5 Gb Free on the HDD after cleaning Windows and Previous Installations.
After this Install, booting time got worse from 1min. 6s to 1min. 40s
After some hours after re-install Drivers, system now restarts in 39s! I am happy with this.

Seems it is playing a roll in performance to re-connect USB Devices that I had once connected a long time ago.
I have seen in Event Viewer some errors that pointed to "USB Hub" missing, since a long time I had it not connected to system.
So, I re-connected all USB Devices I own.

EDIT: Unfortunately System is back to old long restart time.
After I did a System Image, it reverted back to previous long restart, sometimes 1 min 6s, sometimes even longer as much as 1min. 40s.

I uninstalled KB3176938 (build 1607.105) and after that I got Build 1607.0, so ALL previous updates were uninstalled too.
So, that Cumulative Updates are also Cumulative Uninstall.
I believe build 1607.0 has major issues, so that is pointless to use WUSHOWHIDE.
The choice is: Stay with 1607.105 or 1607.0.
