When to Clean Up files after Aug.23 updates?

In the Clean up system files there are 436MB update files to cleanup and 385Mb Delivery Optimization files.
Is there a 'wait time' before cleaning up after a patch Tuesday cumulative update(kb3176934 ) and kb3176936?

The sfc /scannow repaired 100 items which appear to be predominantly 'store apps' which I do not use.
There were no error repairs after the Aug 4 AU and previous follow up updates this past month.

You can check \DiskCleanup and \Servicing tasks, when are they scheduled to run, not to mention maintenance.

I do not log in and the properties of this task has ' if user is logged in'
Then it displays that the task was refused by user/administrator at a time (about half hour previous to now) that I wasn't using the idle machine. The task is scheduled to run at 12.45 p.m
I suspect it has never run.
I did the clean up on the laptop updated today and no negative results so now I'll manually do the desktop.
I want to do a followup system image and don't need those items to be part of the image.
Then I'll figure out how to edit that scheduled event
