Windows 10 update keeps crushing in a loop. How to disable it?

I've tried to shut down manually every service that has a relation to Windows Update, but it doesn't help - Windows still goes into the update-crush-restore loop. So until this problem is resolved I need to shut down the Windows Update feature completely. This are my Windows Update settings now:



I also ran a full Antivirus check and found nothing.

I am done. Thanks in advance.

The only thing to update is the AMD display driver though..

This shuts down the Windows Update: Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> System Configuration -> "Services" tab -> take off check mark "Windows Update". To enable it back return the check mark. I still need to do something about that stupid driver update. Any ideas, anyone?
