I saw that too alphanumeric. Still on the initial RTM build 10240. Maybe upgrade to the Nov. build 10586 1511 will change things. Of course now the most recent is 14393 1607, so you may have to go that route, unless 1511 is a prereq for 1607.

Version 10.0.10240 ? That's a very old build? I believe that was the first consumer release. Many moons ago. That very well may be why it just says "Windows is activated".
Actually 1607 says the same, though I am pretty sure, it said: "Activated with a digital license" before reinstall.

Mine says "activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft Account".

That screen shot shows its activated with a Product code, not a digital license?

I have just got the other 2 messages, by letting Windows check, there is a working internet and login to MS.
So my guess would be, that without network (MS account), Windows can not verify, it is a digital licence?

I installed Macrium Reflect, Took an image of my system Windows 10 Home 32 bit just in case things went wrong. Then I made bootable USB for Windows 10 Home 64 bit using the Media Creation Tool and clean installed and upgraded my system to Windows 10 Home 64 bit and now it shows:

    Activation: Windows is activated.

Product key: Windows on this device is activated with a digital entitlement.

So, the issue is resolved. Thanks everybody for your valuable suggestions. So, this was a build issue.
