And that is your problem. Your computer originally had Windows 8 SINGLE LANGUAGE edition on it which upgraded to Windows 10 Single Language. You installed Windows 10 regular. You need to download Windows 10 Single Language edition and install that.



You want the bottom choice.

It originated as a down-scaled version of Core for emerging markets, in order to provide a cheaper final product to those consumers via the OEM's ( i.e the OEM's paid less for those licences than the full Core/Home editions) and thus could provide the emerging markets with a cheaper final product...
