how to disable all automatic restart in windows 10?

Windows 10 Home rebooted for an unknown reason this morning.
I woke up and found my pc hanged and unresponsive.
I was able to connect through the vnc server, and saw the dot-circle going round and round. Just stuck there.

I had to hard reboot. When I checked the Event Viewer, I could not determine what triggered the restart.

Yesterday, I installed a new nvidia graphics driver, but did not reboot. It did not ask me to.

Windows update setting is set to "notify me to schedule restart"
I set that a long time ago. so it's not supposed to auto reboot.

What other ways does Windows auto reboot? I need to shut them off.

I need my pc to have 100% uptime, and only allow manual reboots. I hate when I wake up to surprises like this.

You are not going to stop Win10 Home from installing security updates. Microsoft feels they are so important that they have blocked all ways to stop them, believe me I have tried. I tried all the registry hacks and even programs like O&O ShutUp 10. Like TairikuOkami said, eventually they will come through.

If you have wifi, you can slow them down by setting your wifi connection to Metered. If you don't have wifi there is a registry hack to fool Windows into thinking you do. But even having the Metered connection turned on, they will come through eventually. The only way I found to stop them is to disable Windows Update in Services. Then when I have time, I enable it, and download the updates. I know it's not the safest solution but im okay with it.
