    Thank you for the information. I used the Showkey program and the OEM field was empty. So the first thing I'm doing tomorrow is to contect them and either get my money back, or a copy of Windows that I'm allowed to use

    Is there a COA sticker on it anywhere? If it's a laptop, remove the battery and look in the compartment.
