Where can i download - Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511 update?

It is taking too long to update that new version. Can someone knows ISO or something, so I can download the offline update - Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586

I am asking for the Win10 update, not to upgrade to Win10.

Let me explain, a build upgrade(as opposed to a version upgrade) is basically the same, as a repair install.

The latest I've gotten, just a week ago, was 10586.0 for a different computer.
Mine from Windows Update are all on 10586.318 since Thursday.

I do read the panel very carefully. This is what I get:

I was just saying that the MCT tool doesn't get the latest release.

The title of the thread: Where can i download - Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511 update?
The latest ISO's are after that,so it is what he needs. winver says version 1511.
10586 is good, Windows will ask during the upgrade process to look for updates.
