1. You can use the Command Prompt (Run as administrator) to access the WindowsApps folder.
2. I have not tried any fixes yet.
3. I actually have two versions of MS Advertising SDK for XAML in the WindowsApps folder:
a. 10.0.1603.0 for x86
b. 10.0.1605.0 for x86 and x64
4. I posted a question in Microsoft's Windows 10 Forum (usually an exercise in futility) but I thought I would try it. I got their normal response to run Troubleshooters.
5. I have some records of what was updated when. I will post that later.
