Ok. I'll look at them. Thanks.
Also are you confident your PC is compatible with Win 10? I see no model number- can you check with the Lenovo website?
And as it's a recent install, you may prefer to simply clean install build 10586 which came out last November- just wondering why you installed build 10240?
I had earlier downloaded the windows 10 installation package and saved it when microsoft rolled it out last year and installed on my laptop then. Microsoft allowed the option of downloading and saving to install on other pcs instead of having to download all over for another pc. I could not install on the present one now as it was not working well then.
If you're happy with the option and your PC is compatible with Win 10, I'd suggest you run chkdsk on the drive, back up any data, and then clean install Win 10 build 10586.
If you try to repair 10240, you'll end up with another full Windows installation effectively in upgrading to 10586.
