Help me, activation has a problem

    Are you going to try to do a clean install? Since you have a Windows 8 product key in bios, a clean install should not ask you for a product key or which version you want to install. It should read the product key in bios and use that. If it asks you for a product key then you are trying to install the wrong edition/language of Windows 10 and you will have the same problem of it not activating.

    Running slmgr -upk
    ..and then entering the proper default key or Win 8 key should work.

    After trying many things, I enter my OEM Win 8 key and accepted

    Glad to hear... all's well that ends well

    Not to be pedantic... but the cause of the problem is that GWX uses the GA (build 10240) setup files which has the wrong default Home key - much better to install from the latest ISO.
