    remote windows update without pc

Hello, I would like to be able to do a windows 10 update without doing it from my PC. Example click on link at Microsoft and have them do it for me. Reason: Windows Start Button, Cortana frozen/broken. Clicking on my Windows 11 I.E. causes my whole task bar to freeze. I can limp by without start button by doing shut downs by right clicking on sign on screen. I am able to open file explorer, word pad, access to my scanner. I have a desktop Pc and it is not wireless.

    Unrealistic expectation.

Even if only 1% of the 250 million Windows 1 users requested that service once a year that would be 2.5 million requests a year.

One great thing about Windows 10 is is easy to reinstall yourself.

Try creating a new user account using NETPLWIZ:
Create Manage User Accounts Using Utility Netplwiz

Make sure to change the account type to Administrator. Log in to the newly created account and see if your problems exist in the new account.
