    Windows Update Screwed up need help urgently


    So i was updating windows and it failed so my pc restarted and now i cant do anything cant lqunch any programs or open the start menu i try restart it via crt alt dlt and it tells me it needs to update so i let it update and then it fails and the same thing happens again plz i need help urgently

    Next time you try the restart hold down the shift key when you click on restart. This should offer you some additional options for troubleshooting or restoring your PC. Were you updating from a previous version of windows or just doing a cumulative update of W10?

    On the lock screen i crtl alt dlt and the signout then i restart

    Make sure you hold the Shift key down when you click Restart

in Windows Updates and Activation

It takes so long for the update, it ran for 3 hours now but still in 23%. I think that it is because I have lots of files in C drive that it has to move them away before the installation and move them back. I want to delete some of my unused files...
