Try this, use the install.wim on the F drive. Create a folder on your desktop named Test. Go to the install. Wim on F and using 7zip, extract the file to the desktop Test folder. You may get some errors, but it should work. Then run this command in an elevated command prompt.

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\Test\windows /LimitAccess
I have to go pick someone up and will be back in 30-minutes. I"ll do this then.

I just tried the extraction from the Dec version of 10586, an older build. It worked. Would it be that if the version number is correct, the Build number won't matter for this purpose?
If I had to guess, it just might not matter, would only mean most likey more new updates to install than newer version. But I'm just guessing

If what I suggested won't work, we'll try yours. We could also run the scanhealth command and it should tell us if the component store is fixable.

This is what I got.....from Topgun if I remember right.

Download the the Installation ISO: Windows 10 Download - Tech Bench
1.Mount the ISO and copy install.wim from the source folder to Desktop
2.Create a folder on desktop: mount

Open Admin Command prompt, copy/paste each line and run:
    1.Dism /mount-wim /wimFile:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\install.wim /index:1 /MountDir:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount
    2.Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    3.Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount\windows /LimitAccess
    4.Dism /unmount-wim /Mountdir:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount /discard
    5.re-run: sfc /scannow
NOTE: Might have to run multiple times until it's clean
