Here is what the dump files say.

    Code:
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000007, BOOT Error
    Arg2: ffffe000e9c1dae8, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
    Arg3: 0000000000000000
    Arg4: 0000000000000000
WHEA is a Windows Hardware Error Architecture. An 0X124 designates a hardware error or can be a bad driver that causes hardware to act as though it has failed/is failing.

    Code:
    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0x124_GenuineIntel_PCIEXPRESS_PRV

    BUCKET_ID: 0x124_GenuineIntel_PCIEXPRESS_PRV

    PRIMARY_PROBLEM_CLASS: 0x124_GenuineIntel_PCIEXPRESS_PRV
What PCIe addons do you have other than a graphics card?

I have not read the entire thread so excuse me if I ask something that has already been asked. Are you overclocking anything? If so, please set everything back to defaults. Have you tried starting in safe mode as @simrick asked? If so, what were the results. Another observation is to reduce the startup items. You have way too many running at startup. The only thing needed at startup is your AV.

    Code:
    Caption Command User

I've asked @essenbe if he has time to read the dump file. If not, I'll ask someone else.

    Hi Steve.
    He did - it's here:
Windows takes two hours to boot every reboot. Goes to spinning circles - Windows 10 Forums

But he has disconnected all drives now except OS.
He can indeed get into safe mode.

Were all USB devices except for mouse and keyboard disconnected when the crashes (BSOD's) occured?
In 2/3 crashes the USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller is returning, in the other it is the Nvidia GPU.
